  Incontinence - Discussion

Why do our bladder habits changes during pregnancy?

Normally a human bladder can hold 300-500ml of urine. In pregnancy the growing uterine and hormonal changes causes a higher pressure on the bladder. You may leak when you sneeze, cough or laugh. To avoid any embarrassment, wear a panty liner or a sanitary towel.
