|What can I do to sleep well again?
Your best chance of improving your sleep situation is by
being well prepared before you go to bed. Clear your mind
by figuring out or solving problems. Maybe your partner
or another friend could help you with this. Meditation could
also be helpful. Try to get enough exercise, because a moved
body is more tired. Avoid having dinner too late in the
day and don't use the bed for anything other than sleep,
except making love of course. Don’t drink too late
in the day, if you must go to the toilet frequently during
the night. Don’t go to bed unless you’re really
tired and try to get up at the same time every day to regulate
your sleeping habits.
