|Carrot and parsnip puree
This tasty root vegetable mixture is a good source of betacarotene. In season, parsnips have a delicious natural sweetness that your baby may love to taste.
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 parsnip, peeled and diced
-Steam the vegetables until tender.
-Puree in a blender or mouli and adjust the texture with boiled, cooled water or your baby's usual milk.
