Swollen hands and feet - Relief

What can I do about swollen extremities? The easiest way to handle these indications is to avoid long periods of standing and sitting. Take short breaks, try to walk only a bit or lay down for several times briefly. That might solve the congestion. Furthermore you can wear a support panty hose, of which a wide variety is available.

It may sound weird, but drinking enough liquid (at least 8 glasses a day) will help the excess fluid to drain away.
