What should I not eat?

Generally be carefully and make sure you heat dishes enough to prevent any risks of bacteria.

Don’t eat:

- Large fish, like sharks, swordfish, tilefish and king mackerel

- Imported soft cheese (brie. camembert, feta, Roquefort, Gorgonzola and queso blanco/fresco), which mostly contain Listeria, a bacteria can causes miscarriage

- Deli fare, for example cold cuts and cold salads (like tuna and egg)

- Undercooked eggs and dishes made of raw eggs (salmonella danger)

- Raw or undercooked meat, further sushi, pates, raw seafood

- Herbal teas, not enough experiences with their effect in pregnancy
