What should I eat?

A good diet has a large range of all food groups, like dairy products, eggs, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, fat and carbohydrates. You should eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day, go easy on fats and sugar and drink a plenty of water! Furthermore it is necessary to make sure that your diet contains vitamins and minerals such as folic acid, vitamin C, iron, calcium and Zinc, which support an optimal embryo development. Ask your practitioner to recommend a supplement so that you can ensure that you are not missing out on any of these areas.
